- Added basic local mirroring guidance for the new repo locations
- Fixes Provide directions for air-gapped environments / repository syncing with the new packages.broadcom.com repos #8
- Updated the banner message for higher visibility, and to not disappear on scroll
- Use non-Artifactory UI links for the package repo navigations, for easier discovery and UX
