Still doesn't work.

1. gateway advanced should save trust line advanced settings show on:
   TypeError: Unimplemented function: "isPending"

2. gateway advanced should remove a gateway:
   TypeError: Unimplemented function: "isPending"

3. gateway advanced should show advanced settings page 2:
   TypeError: Unimplemented function: "isPending"

4. gateway advanced should show trust line advanced settings edit control 2:
   Error: No element found using locator: By.cssSelector("form[name="accountsAdvForm"] div[ng-hide="editAcctOptions"] a.btn-cancel")

5. gateway advanced should save trust line advanced settings show off:
   Error: No element found using locator: By.cssSelector("input[name="acct_adv"]")

@vhpoet what version of protractor do you have?
there was similar looking issue in protractor angular/protractor#1021
