Additions:

• Added support for dynamically change lifter parameters such as height, minimum lifter power, minimum rotary power, etc. This can now be changed through the web interface. The web interface also provides default values for IA-Parts and Greg's lifters.
• Added support for lifter ID# so multiple lifters can be on the same serial line each with their own ID#. Commands with ID# 0 are processed by all lifters.

Changes:

• Don't retry homing if lifter is close to zero position.
