The free function make_edge() allows users to create a cycle in a graph, which goes against the DAG definition of a graph.

If we do want to error on cycles, checking for them in make_edge would turn it into a costly operation, especially for graphs at large scale. Because you would have to run the analysis each time you connect two nodes. Instead, having this error when the executable graph is created would avoid repeatedly paying the cost of analysing the graph.

It may also be the kind of check that would be useful for users while developing an application, but once they actually want to release the application would be unwanted overhead. So we could specify a mechanism for making this check optional. CUDA has cudaGraphInstantiateWithFlags, we could potentially add a flags parameter to finalize() that would allow a user to pass in configuration information for creating the executable graph? E.g a validate flag that would do this cycle check and possibly other verifications. Other optimization flags could be added here in the future if deemed necessary.

We define a graph as a DAG, and therefore it is invalid for a
graph to contain a cycle. However, it is possible in the API for
a user to introduce a cycle via a call to `make_edge` that introduces
a forward dependency.

Checking for cycles on `make_edge` itself may have negative performance
implications, as the function can be called frequently and on
larger graphs a cycle may not be cheap to check for.

Instead, I've specified an error on finalize because this entry-point
is already intended to be where to costly work is done. Additionally,
this is where the runtime translates the graph to a backend API, and it
is unlikely that the backend API will provide a mechanism for defining
forward edges. Therefore, the runtime will naturally hit a obstacle in
using the backend API and be able to throw an exception at that point.

This crash was exposed recently in our randomized testing. _BitInts were
not being handled properly during IntegerLiteral visitation. This patch
addresses the problem for now.

The BitIntType has no getKind() method, so the FoldingSetID is taken
from the APInt value representing the _BitInt(), similar to other
methods in StmtProfile.cpp.

After llvm/llvm-project#68052 this function changed from returning
a nullptr with `return {};` to returning Expected and hitting `llvm_unreachable` before it could
do so.

I gather that we're never supposed to call this function, but on Windows we actually do call
this function because `interpreter->CreateScriptedProcessInterface()` returns
`ScriptedProcessInterface` not `ScriptedProcessPythonInterface`. Likely because
`target_sp->GetDebugger().GetScriptInterpreter()` also does not return a Python related class.

The previously XFAILed test crashed with:

That might be a bug on the Windows side, or an artifact of how our build is setup,
but whatever it is, having `CreatePluginObject` return an error and
the caller check it, fixes the failing test.

The built lldb can run the script command to use Python, but I'm not sure if that means
anything.

Factor out some stack allocation in a separate function. This patch
splits out the generic portion of a larger refactoring done as a part of
stack clash protection support.

The patch is almost, but not quite NFC. The only difference should
be that where we have adjacent allocation of stack space
for local SVE objects and non-local SVE objects the order
of `sub sp, ...` and `addvl sp, ...` instructions is reversed, because now
it's done with a single call to `emitFrameOffset` and it happens
add/subtract the fixed part before the scalable part, e.g.

    addvl sp, sp, #-2
    sub sp, sp, #16, lsl #12
    sub sp, sp, #16

becomes

    sub sp, sp, #16, lsl #12
    sub sp, sp, #16
    addvl sp, sp, #-2

TestCases/Misc/Linux/sigaction.cpp fails because dlsym() may call malloc
on failure. And then the wrapped malloc appears to access thread local
storage using global dynamic accesses, thus calling
___interceptor___tls_get_addr, before REAL(__tls_get_addr) has
been set, so we get a crash inside ___interceptor___tls_get_addr. For
example, this can happen when looking up __isoc23_scanf which might not
exist in some libcs.

Fix this by marking the thread local variable accessed inside the
debug checks as "initial-exec", which does not require __tls_get_addr.

This is probably a better alternative to llvm/llvm-project#83886.

This fixes a different crash but is related to llvm/llvm-project#46204.
