Its 20 pm. Old Inn is working in full automation mode according to its own business management policies. Pierre, the CTO of HyDev Software House, checks-in as a new guest. He just arrived to attend a one week hacker event and the energy supply to the apartment he rents is immediately ruled by his HyDev's owned contract. Associated power management policies are deployed in the apartment to rule how devices interact each other to save as much as possible power consumption according to guests profile and contract. Pierre's smartphone blinks with a notification from his energy supplier asking for authorisation to recharge his energy power pre-paid account. He authorises it and turns on the microwave to warm a light meal before he goes to bed. However the microwave is not working. Pierre's smartphone blinks with a notification from his energy supplier reporting problems in the power grid network. Not again! Pierre browses the conversations history with the PowerQ Smart Supplier and re-plays some of them. It was the third time in the last 2 months the power grid went partialy down and in the last H2H conversation they were quite rude. Along with the power supplier notification there is a recommendation provided by BigHacker Business Broker on how to handle the situation. The recommendation says this situation may be used to break the contract and it is an opportunity to negotiate a better deal with other suppliers. Pierre is able to browse information about recommended suppliers including public conversations available with other clients. He selects one but all sales agent are currently busy. A urgent Business Conversation is requested and notified to EnergyQ Smart Supplier followed by Pierre authorization to disclose the context request (including amount of potential annual power consumption of his company) by using his Professional Persona provided by iHackker Business Identity Provider.

The notification blinks in Anne's monitor, the sales agent. She is busy in a conversation with another costumer by using her Professional Persona provided by IamPower Business Identity Provider. HyDev Persona is instantiated in her device and she checks the asserted context of the notification: an opportunity to get a new costumer due to a partial failure situation of their main competitor. She knows the notification has had already a cost that was paid to BigHacker Business Broker and in case the deal is done another payment will be performed. But the potential of the business looks good. She decides to move on with a chat conversation with some additional information and advertisement to hold on the interest of the potential client while she closes the current video conversation with another customer. As soon as she is free, the chat conversation evolves to a Business Video Conversation with ensured Network Gold High Quality paid by EnergyQ Smart Supplier to BigHacker Business Broker. The Business Conversation is provided in a collaboration among different services.

At the beginning both parties accepts to record the full conversation for future audit purposes with Licence CC XY which only allows shared resources including spoken words and messages to be available to involved parties. Other licences could give the power to fully control shared resources (eg after the conversation is over I can delete my recorded voice or I can set who can hear it) by their authors. Implementation idea: keys used to encrypt and decrypt my shared resources would be controlled by me.

Yes, his 20 years of experience says this is a great opportunity and at the end he may also earn a percentage of the commission. He accepts Anne's request and joins the negotiation as a monitoring participant, whispering advices to Anne when needed (only Anne listens). The negotiation is hard but they are able to reach a deal. When the contract is proposed, an Agent from Pierre's Company HackinLaw Legal Services Provider is invited to join the conversation to review the contract. At the end the contract is digitally signed and the power supply to the rented apartment is immediately transferred to EnergyQ for Pierre's stomach joy.
