Moved to nodejs with automatic install of modules

Just run the exe and it should install all required modules for you
Then once credentials have been entered it will extract the m3u
Credentials only need entering on the first launch - Once the config.ini is created with valid credentials it will use that file automatically on subsequent launches

Nodejs and streamlink need manual installation before running

This should stop the commercial break in progress screen playing in channels that you have subbed to

If used previous version rename config.ini first so it can be recreated. You can copy/paste existing tokens into the cmd window when asked and then add the addition twitch0auth
