Bug Report

Kubernetes 1.16 removed the extensions and v1beta1, v1beta2 APIs by default, but in tidb-operator, there are still some places using these removed APIs. Thus causing TiDB cluster unable to be deployed in Kubernetes 1.16. #974 has upgraded the local volume provisioner daemonset api version to apps/v1. Other places also need to be upgraded.
