[tests-only] regression tests for ocis/issues/720 #38034

Description

Test to make sure owncloud/ocis/issues/720 is really fixed and does not come back
please note: test added in owncloud/ocis#722 still return 500 but there seems to be a different bug, I will open a new issue and update the corresponding file
