Downloading and installing Oort

Installers for OS X, Windows and Unix can be downloaded from the OWLTools downloads directory.

A non-graphical command-line version is also available from the owltools github repository. See Oort Command Line for details. This documentation refers to the graphical version.

The GUI can also be obtained from git - but you have to build the jar yourself.
