Task

Using the designs created in # 2, prototype at least one expectation.

This involves setting up the framework for the expectation data store (i.e. a repo, directory, database, etc.).

It also means creating an expectation that can be used in a test (see issue #3).

Acceptance Criteria

  • Have a single expectation implementingt the expectation design, so that a test framework can execute the expectation in a follow up task.
  • Add enough structure or documentation that it is clear to a new contributor how to add a second expectation.
