This repository contains the custom code (R) used to perform all analysis and visualization of the sci-rocket benchmarking and results as further detailed by van Riet et al. in (2024): TITLE.
The config folder contains the sci-rocket configuration and sample-sheet used to run the benchmarking.
The workflows folder contains the Quarto workflows used to process the benchmarking results; the processed Quarto workflows (as HTML) can be accessed here.
The raw and pre-processed data of the underlying data-sets have been deposited on: XXX.
All provided code in the R/ folder was performed with the following R version:
