I manually made some changes for the entries that should be protected, ie maintained in Mondo based on this file, since there is an issue with using this file.
OMIM provenance is removed from some associations for immunoglobulin related entries since these do not have a HGNC identifier.
The removal of relationship: has_material_basis_in_germline_mutation_in http://identifiers.org/hgnc/11743 {source="OMIM:169100", source="OMIM:617035"} ! TFAP2B should be reviewed.
