Add title of articles to list of associated publications

It would be better to show the title. We do not need to repeat 'source' in every line or of the disease name in each line.

On ingesting publications: For later, let’s have a chat with @balhoff about using his blazegraph tool. After that, our task is to load neo4j with the information (references) that we care about. Either we include the title before we generate the turtle (at dipper time), or post-processing (with caution to do it in a way that does not get us blocked). Consider all the options, including having our own mirror of PubMed to run it, or dosifying the queries so we don’t get blocked.
