Improve spatial icons using national icon instead of default no_icon.
The commit refactors the link_epsg.html template in the schemingdcat extension to handle missing field values. It adds a conditional statement to check if the field value exists before generating the link. This improvement ensures that the link is only displayed when there is a valid field value, preventing any potential errors.
This commit adds new resource types to the dataset schemas. The new resource types include "Article," "Bibliographic data," "Database," "Document (computer)," "Government publication," "Journal," "Legislation," "Reporting," "Standard or specification," and "Technical report." These additions enhance the functionality of the schemas by allowing users to more accurately categorize datasets and provide more detailed information about the resources. #34
