Improve dcat_type to include Marc types
0f39d61 
This commit adds new resource types to the dataset schemas. The new resource types include "Article," "Bibliographic data," "Database," "Document (computer)," "Government publication," "Journal," "Legislation," "Reporting," "Standard or specification," and "Technical report." These additions enhance the functionality of the schemas by allowing users to more accurately categorize datasets and provide more detailed information about the resources.
