rjmholt The package manager bot determined there was an issue with the pull request. Make sure the manifest file is under the manifests\publisher\appname.
For details on the error, see the details link below in the build pipeline.

@rjmholt You need to split this into two PRs (one per modified manifest) to pass the checks, unfortunately.

Looks like the community has already had PRs merged for this. We should work out a policy here, since this is work the PowerShell team currently has as part of our own release process
