- Try to align textarea's cursor with our cursor by scrolling the textarea's content
- Fixes Google Japanese Input (IME) on Mac - Suggestions Overlap w/ Text #45629
- Fixes typing non-breaking chinese(may be non-english) will cause input method's candidate box getting farther and farther away #85845
