Description:

• Bringing the changes from our AzureContainerAppsRC task into the V0 version of this task
• Introduce the AzureContainerAppsV1 task that is based off of the latest changes from the AzureContainerAppsV0 task that's found Update AzureContainerAppsV0 with latest changes #18010 -- the V0 task will only be in maintenance mode moving forward and all new features will be introduced in the V1 task.
