📝 Provide a description of the new feature

Keyboard in my language (italian) doesn't have such a key and it's impossible to pick it. The usual way to type tilde is Alt+126(NumPad)
What is the expected behavior of the proposed feature? What is the scenario this would be used?
I'd like to have tilde right in the key list, to pick from
