Workspaces doesn't work properly with multiple Firefox windows

Steps to reproduce

Setup a workspace with multiple Firefox browser windows open on different screens. It seems that Workspaces tries to open the firefox.exe too quickly, and firefox complains that it's already open, and other various whinges.
Also the Firefox windows are not opening in the correct location, maybe an artifact of the above?

✔️ Expected Behavior

Firefox windows to open where the Workspace was saved, without erroring

❌ Actual Behavior

Firefox shows errors about already being opened
Firefox windows not opening where they should be when it doesn't error.

Similar to the Outlook issue. Possible but rough solution would be to add a user-configurable delay to app launches.
