Steps to reproduce

I used to exchange Alt(Left) to Ctrl(Left) to make it easer for me to operate on my notebook keyboard, The Powertoys have done it well, but I also used to press Alt(Left) + Tab to show multitasking window, so I map the Alt(Left)+Tab to Ctrl(Left)+Tab and Ctrl(Left)+Tab to Alt(Left)+Tab in the Powertoy, it was very good at the beginning but after a while it suddenly fails and I will succeed if I restart the Powertoys using admin role.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Ctrl(Left) + Tab map to Alt(Left) + Tab

❌ Actual Behavior

Sometimes it will fail
