Steps to reproduce

始终以管理员运行，将alt与ctrl物理映射互换，发现alt+tab并没有更换为Ctrl+tab，然后增加快捷键映射，将alt+tab与ctrl+tab互换，生效，但是有时候会失效，失效后只能重启才能再次生效

What we did:

• remap Key: Left Alt to Left Ctrl
• remap Key: Left Ctrl to Left Alt

After it's done, we need to use Left Ctrl + Tab to invoke the multi-task management page, but it's not intuitive. So we add one more shortcut remap:

• remap Left Ctrl + Tab to Left Alt + Tab

This shortcut remap is usually broken. Sometimes restarting can fix it.

It's possible the shortcut remap conflicts with some other running applications. Could anyone help to give a way to debug?

发现一些线索，打开win桌面版微信后100%复现，导致上述问题。
猜测是微信对快捷键的处理和powertoys的方案有冲突

I found some clues, and the problem reappeared 100% after opening the Win desktop version of WeChat, causing the above problem.

The guess is that WeChat's handling of shortcut keys conflicts with PowerToys' solution.

经过实践，锁屏一次再解锁就恢复了，目前已经弃用了PowerToys ，改用AutoHotKey实现ctrl+tab与alt+tab快捷键的互换，此方案暂没发现有什么问题

谢谢，但是锁屏这个方案太不优雅了。 我也打算弃用了。
