Reporting Bugs
Please make sure you are running the latest version of LoquiIM (unfortunately, the automatic updates are not working on all phones) - you can find the version in the "Info" tab on the Loqui Settings page (and it is also displayed on the splash screen when starting the app).
LoquiIM is able to write detailed debug logs that greatly help in analysing any issues.
To enable debug logs, go to the Loqui Settings page (from the accounts side panel) and first enable "Developer mode". In the "Developer" settings tab you can then enable both "Debug mode" and "Write Log Files". This will now create debug logs in /loqui/logs
on your device.
Ideally, you should restart LoquiIM, reproduce the problem (the log file should contain the timespan when a problematic message should have arrived), and then attach the log file either to a new issue on github describing what you would have expected or email it to support@loqui.im (please note that the debug log will contain personal information like your phone number and phone numbers of your contacts).
NB, you might need to have a file manager installed on your device to see (and be able to email) the log files in /loqui/logs
