I need the method
Context.as_extended_prefix_map()in main that hasn't made it to a release yet (to migrate away fromprefixcommonstoprefixmapsin go-fastapi). In the process of making a release for this, thebioregistryandcuriespackages needed to be updated as the highest 0.6.x version ofbioregistrydoes not have a wheel available. I also regenerated the files in this repo with make etlmake etl and make test both succeed after the updates above.
