Updating MaRaCluster binaries

Linux

1. Download the tarball.tar.gz from the MaRaCluster release, e.g. https://github.com/statisticalbiotechnology/maracluster/releases/tag/rel-1-02-1
2. Extract tarball.tar.gz
3. Copy the maracluster binary from the extracted bin folder into simsi_transfer/utils/maracluster/linux64

Windows

1. Download the win64.zip from the MaRaCluster release, e.g. https://github.com/statisticalbiotechnology/maracluster/releases/tag/rel-1-02-1
2. Unzip win64.zip
3. Right click the file maracluster-v1-02-win32-msvc-x86 and select Extract here
4. Copy all the files, i.e. the maracluster binary and all dlls, from the extracted bin folder into simsi_transfer/utils/maracluster/win64
