Slack message now has updated project URL that is more widely supported

2.0 with prettier Slack messages, project key wildcard support and quality gate error status filtering

2.0 provides support for using trailing wildcards in project keys. See #2 for details.

The project specific configuration also has an option to send Slack messages only when the quality gate status is WARNING or ERROR. See #1

Finally, the messages sent to Slack have a few formatting improvements:

• the attachment is coloured based on quality gate status
• percentages have max 2 fractions
