I think this diff showed up during a rebase or something. I didn't touch the Settings.storyboard

@Scollaco this is looking good! One question I have is, when there is no service (I used the Link Conditioner at 100% Loss), and you delete a card, the "Edit" button remains enabled until the request succeeds. When there's no service, the request doesn't actually time out for around 30 seconds - I wonder if this is a situation where we'd want optimistic UI? ie. always disable the "Edit" button as soon as the last card is deleted and only re-enable it if the request fails?

Looks good to me. The only outstanding question is @ifbarrera 's optimistic UI approach
