Signals and Busses

Popular Model 3/Y CAN messages and signals, and which bus they are on, to help choose which CANserver harness option you prefer.

In general, the Vehicle bus (with 3rd party OBDII adapter) has data from the battery and motors, and the Chassis bus (under the seat) has UI and autopilot data.

Updated with firmware 2020.24 - Tesla can and does change signals with each firmware update!
