Bug Fixed and Ready to Use.

To use BPS on Windows, download bps_windows.zip extract it onto your hardrive, enter the bps_gui folder and run bps_gui.exe. In order to work, bps_gui.exe must be run within that folder. Shapefile export may not work the first time BPS is run on windows. If shapefile export fails, restart the computer and try again.
