To use BPS on Windows, download bps_windows.zip extract it onto your hardrive, enter the bps_gui folder and run bps_gui.exe. In order to work, bps_gui.exe must be run within that folder. Shapefile export may not work the first time BPS is run on windows. If shapefile export fails, restart the computer and try again.

The only substantial difference between this release and v1.0.5 is the addition of the DOI.
