This PR adds a troubleshooting page, in light of issue #128. At the moment the page is largely empty because it's set to draft status. But this will allow others to begin adding content. As soon as the
draft: truestatus is removed it will appear on the production site.You can verify on this page of the branch deploy that this page will not show up in the live site.
