• IG downstream parter checks coding bases rather than coding region
• ignore non-disruptive breakends in fusion chain-termination test

Visualiser:

• optionally plot all genes in breakends for a cluster, config: plot_cluster_genes
• optionally plot any cluster with reported fusion, disruption, or driver, config: plot_reportable
• write reportable disruptions to vis files

Technical:

• renamed module from sv-linx to linx
