Hi,

In order to get WMS requests with TILED=True to actually HIT geowebcache grid, it would be nice to be able to specify the origin and resolution for a layer.

This is needed in the case of a geowebcache tilegrid with custom extent (not the projection extent), custom resolutions, and non default projection.
