What change(s) does this PR introduce?

• adds the fulfillment_event source table. 60% of customers have this table, but i think this differs from refunds and adjustments in that people are turning off this table due to high MAR. so, i think it should be disable-able via a variable.
• filters out deleted orders. we didn't do this in previous versions of the package, but i am wondering why?
