How to set up an Event record for the philippines.fieldmuseum.org website Featured Projects on collections sites
Owner of event record: Multimedia tab Create a sub-event to attach on Event 1 tab. This is the preferred method for any Event record associated with an exhibition (e.g. Photo Archives for a John Weinstein photo set in Specimens or Anthro for their China Hall event record). Create a group and attach to Associated Records field on Event 2 tab. Given that a lot of MM records attached to a sub event can really slow down EMu, for the time being as a standard workflow, we will create attached groups of MM records when there are more than 25 MM records for a sub event with several highlights attached to MM tab. Otherwise if under 25 records, these can be attached directly in the MM tab of the Events module.
