It'd be more accessible to users that aren't as familiar with the command line, would probably solve a lot of the existing formatting issues, and could also serve to document the library a little better than just a single README (related: #14).

This may take a while to do. I am conflicted on whether I should begin making the site before the next release, update the CLI so that it is compatible with the next release, or not include either. I think that the best option may be the latter. I will at least organize the docs better (#14) first though.
