Summary
Fixes #69639 which causes Kibana upgrades (saved object migrations) to fail in v7.8.0 if they contain
urlsaved objects which shortened a very large url (> 8191 characters). Migrations fail with the following error:FATAL Error: Document contains at least one immense term in field="url.url.keyword" (whose UTF8 encoding is longer than the max length 32766)Checklist
