Update hey-apm code to search and delete docs from data streams. APM Server will only index into data streams as of 8.0.

I have manually installed the index and component templates into observability-benchmarks, which runs an older version of the stack. This is far from ideal, as it means the templates won't be updated along with apm-server. |
