What I did

• Fix print all pages, seems like these died at some point (maybe a nuxt update?) https://app.uat.vic-gov-au.sdp4.sdp.vic.gov.au/family-violence-and-sexual-assault-workforce-pulse-survey-report/
• Add no-index to print all pages
• Add some tests
