We know there will be a few APIs obsolete, as we saw these fail on
dotnet/android's CI:

These are both on Compatiblity, so we probably can just ignore them or use a different API (if alternative is clear). It appears `ComputeBounds(Rect)` without `exact` is missing in the C# binding

Hoping this will also fix .NET MAUI.

I bumped dotnet/runtime to fix the build warning (that upgraded to error with TreatWarningsAsErrors):
