Split macOS and Linux instructions for installing fcct to be able to cover different package managers such as homebrew.

So with fcct having been renamed (coreos/butane/issues/167) I would suggest waiting until the brew formula was also renamed so the docs can be updated accordingly. I might get around to do that myself in the next couple of days unless someone else beats me to it.

The pull request for the brew formula is open (see Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/75107), however, I will wait until /pull/268 has been merged into the docs before updating this pull request.
