what do you mean? it's just a regular bump requirements PR of vulkan-loader. if you have an issue with other recipe (magnum), probably, that's not the right place :)

Nothing special. magnum will require sdl and it requires wayland/1.19.0. So there would be a conflict in the graph. I'm just upgrading here the requirements.
