* libidn: migrate to Conan v2

* libidn: fix MSVC build

* libidn: --disable-csharp

* libidn: fix shared lib not being found in v1

* libidn: fix MSVC build, add shared MSVC build support

* libidn: tc.extra_cflags.append("-FS")
