Fixes for PPS geometry on Stations

PR description:

Complementary to PR #35380, adding a few missing files for the reco geometry that are meant for the Run3 geometry.

PR validation:

Basic PR workflow tests passed. The same tests done in #35380 were done, just the rebase to the IB release missed a few files that should be merged.
