fix(tags): high contrast with long text

Closes #18062

Tags with high-contrast and long text that trigger the tooltip are not visible in all themes

Changelog

New

• added styles, so that the high-contrast tags have visible text even when using long text

Changed

• updated stories to have long text

Testing / Reviewing

check tag stories for tags with high-contrast

• revert stories back to regular text length
