Make create_enterics_qc_viz whitespace tolerant
* allow additional options for picard in FastqToUBAM via a new additional_picard_option_string input that's passed to picard directly if set * s/additional_picard_option_string/additional_picard_options/g rename input to additional_picard_options to be more consistent with the naming of inputs in other tasks where we allow the user to pass in arbitrary arg strings
