Submitted a ticket for my issue if one did not already exist. As a user I want to see all new tab options at one place #4398
Used Github auto-closing keywords in the commit message.
Ran git rebase -i to squash commits (if needed).

Test Plan:
click plus sign next to tabs and see convenient menu of other open tab options you might want


          feat: show other new tab options on long click on new tab button
