Edit Bookmark dialog needs cursor indicators

Describe the issue you encountered:
Some elements of the Edit Bookmark dialog do not change the cursor, thus giving little indication that they can/ought-to be clicked.

Expected behavior:
The cursor is always used to make context and behavior clear.

Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?): Windows 10

Brave Version: 0.12.10

My mistake; neither element merits changing the cursor. The goal is to make the behavior match the system, which is presently the case.
