Chinese to English translation failed few times

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install 1.45.75
2. launch brave
3. loaded zaobao.com.sg
4. clicked on English to translate and waited

Actual result:

Translation failed few times and The page could not be translated message keep showing up.

Expected result:

Translation should succeed

Brave	1.45.75 Chromium: 106.0.5249.65 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
