Describe the OpenTelemetry Collector version since Span Metrics Connector changed metrics names in 0.80 ([Bug]: spanmetrics via connector not working with otel-collector v0.80.0 jaegertracing/jaeger#4547).
Update the dashboard for new metrics names.
